The philosophy of Borsa TSM is to offer any user a technical analysis sofware without needing to buy an expensive tool, and it is very easy to use.

Borsa TSM is focused on the world of finance, helping to buy an existing business, relaunch it or do a franchise via a specific plan, that could include 401 Ks, IRAs, 401ª or 403 Bs.

Borsa TSM has four commands, which are Line Chart, Open–Close, Japanese Candlestick and Histogram, which are integrated with technical analysis tools like RSI charts, Moving Averages, Volumes , On Balance Volume, Trend, MACD, Pista Cíclica.

Going beyond the manual analysis systems, it includes some automatic analysis methods like Trading System, also letting TSM import Metastock data format (binary and PRN) and ASCII format.
